Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required. Shipping costs will always be £0 at checkout regardless of your location.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@brithom.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Brithom is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges that may apply to international shipments. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@brithom.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
