At Brithom, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — free of charge.
1. Returns eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and condition.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Certain items, such as hygiene products or custom-made orders, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
2. Faulty or damaged items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brithom.com.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
3. Change of mind returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, with no return shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. How to initiate a return
Please contact our customer support team at support@brithom.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and a free return shipping label.
5. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first.
If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@brithom.com and we will assist immediately.
