At Brithom, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Return
Contact us at support@brithom.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrect items, Brithom will cover the return shipping.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
